With over 20 years of experience, Esra Altınörs specializes in commercial performance, organizational structure, and leadership development within hotel investments. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles across city and convention hotels—primarily within the Hilton brand—as well as lifestyle and boutique projects, resort hotels, and multi-property portfolios under various national and international brands and concepts. She has taken direct responsibility for openings, transformations, and performance optimization processes. Most notably, she served for many years as Commercial Director at Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, one of Europe’s largest convention hotels, where she delivered sustainable revenue growth and market leadership.
